Know the issue.
When you press the black button to switch over and view the Syntec CNC control, you may see a screen prompting for a password.
This usually indicates that Windows has been configured to require a user login. This can happen after a Windows update or changes made by your IT department.
To proceed, we need to disable the password requirement on the interface computer so the Syntec software can launch automatically without interruption.
