This alarm is related to the #527 sheet length. Please check the sheet length that is in #527.

Notice on line N200 that the 8' sheet can not be greater than 97.0078" long. If so then the system will generate the 3099 alarm.

Notice on line N210 that the 8' sheet cant be shorter than 61.4173" or it will also alarm out.

The same goes for sheets that are 9':

Notice on line N300 that the 9' sheet can not be greater than 109.0157" long.

Notice on line N310 that the 9' sheet can not be shorter than 61.4173

If either #1019 OR #1021 are not equal to a 1 AND #527 is less than 61.4173" OR #527 is not greater than 119.6850" this will also generate the MC3099 alarm.
