Open your schematic to check on the sensor wiring. Attached are 3 images from an Andimaxx offload table as an example.

The first sheet is the beam and receivers.
- This drawing shows how the wiring should be functioning to each component, so you can verify with a multimeter that the power, 0v, and signal are where they should be.
- The three with the red arrows are the beams.
- The other three are the receives, and the numbers, in green, correspond to the next two pages input.
- The numbers, in blue, are the page numbers.
The second and third images are of the signals returning to the control.
- This is the signal that turns the I/O on and off.
- If your sensor and signal are fine at the sensor, this wiring path needs to be diagnosed because the signal is being lost in the cables. You'll need to check the continuity of the cables between the electrical cabinet and the Receiver.
