Chipload Calculation

For example a tool that has a Feedrate of 120 ipm at 12,000 rpm would be 120/12000 divided by number flutes 1 =.010 Chipload.

Cutting length as short as possible. Solid engagement in collet. SYOZ collet for medium and light cutting. Hydraulic Tool Holder for heavy cutting.
