Hard Overtravel During Axis Reference
A hard overtravel during axis reference is generally the result of a malfunctioning home switch or the actuator.
Check the actuator, it is a the longer piece attached to the mounting block. (IMG 1) This should be secure and in place closer to the working envelope compared to the shorter one for overtravel.
