Explanation:
The emergency state of Anderson CNC router as the pictures shown left is the message of the machine status and it could possibly be caused by:
A) E-Stop button(s) are pushed or defective button or wiring
B) Hardware Over-travel stroke limit switch has been reached.
C) Critical component is malfunctioning i.e. Servo system, inverter,,,etc
D) Linked equipment(lifting table, offloading conveyer, MLS,,,etc) is under the E-Stop state tripped by an E-Stop button pushed or malfunctioning.
Note:
a) All the emergency circuits are linked together in series and will not clear until the controller has received the signal.
b) Verify each alarm message and respond to it accordingly to clear the alarm.
