Chiller Troubleshooting

If you suspect that the chiller on your machine is not operating correctly follow these guidelines. Download the manual if you cannot locate the manual that came with the machine at installation.

The first step in diagnosing any chiller issues is to check for a fault on the control panel. Mechanical and electrical faults with the chiller unit can often be diagnosed using the display and fault lights and referencing the manual. (See images 1 & 2 )
