Purpose and Safety
Purpose: Align pocket 1 of the 24‑pocket tool carousel to ensure accurate tool changes and prevent collisions.
Safety: Before starting, follow lockout/tagout procedures. Switch off and disconnect power to the machine. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves and safety glasses), and keep hands, clothing, and tools away from moving parts during alignment.
