Vacuum Override button uses

The Vacuum override button is an on/off button that will bypass the sensor that determines if the vacuum level is at a certain level. There are machining situations where this is necessary.

The button needs to be engaged in these situations.

1. Spoil Board machining - The vaccum level will drop below the minimum as the spoilboard is machined.

2. Certain operations where higher vacuum level cannot be maintained, however safety considerations need to be evaluated to make sure the work piece is secure enough to hold into place. Your company's safety manager needs to review the process to make sure the work piece is still secure with override button engaged.
